COLONY – LICENSE AGREEMENT

By accessing or using Colony (“the Game”) at https://www.playcolony.xyz, you agree to the following terms.

1. License Grant

Colony grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its assets without permission;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without written consent;
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or game mechanics in bad faith.

3. Digital Assets / Blockchain Features

The Game may interact with blockchain technology. Users are solely responsible for:

• Their wallets and private keys;
• Transaction fees;
• Any digital assets associated with their account.

All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

4. Service Availability

The Game is provided “as is” and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the Game.

6. No Warranty

The Game is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

Colony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
